When you install ModiTry, we collect your Shopify store information including store name, domain, and email address. When customers use the virtual try-on feature, we temporarily process their uploaded photos.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to provide the virtual try-on service, improve our AI models, send service communications, and provide customer support.

3. Data Retention

Customer photos uploaded for try-on are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Store data is retained while you have an active subscription.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
